If you feel impatient and want to start burning at once, just type: "./configure" , "make install", read README.CONFIG, copy the 1st example in there to /etc/dupiso.conf and type dupiso <imagename>..
How to create imagefiles is not covered in this README - I recommend reading the CD-Writing-HOWTO at the Linux Documentation Project (www.ldp.org)
