Z FireBird DA
This is the Z FireBird database adapter product for the Z Object Publishing Environment.

Note that the Z FireBird database adapter is compatible with FireBird versions 1.0 ad later.
It may work with earlier versions, but this has not been verified by the author.

This product is distributed as a NON-BINARY release!
This product requires compiled Python extensions that are NOT included as a binary with this release. You must build or install the required extensions using the instructions below before the product will work properly!
Installation
The Z FireBird database adapter uses the kinterbasdb package.
kinterbasdb is available from http://kinterbasdb.sf.net.
Connection Strings
The connection string used for Z FireBird Database Connection are as shown below:
host:/path/to/db username password
