Using ghost_edit

It's really pretty self-explanatory. You can load up a host table file of your choosing, edit it, and save it back. The default file is "/etc/hosts", so if you enter anything at startup and hit "Save" your current host table file will be wiped out (I'll put versioning into the next release)...
