SDLBlock v1.0

SDLBlock started out as a simple rotation test, then I decided to finish it and a few weeks later here it is.
I compiled it using MS Visual C++ 6.0
To compile youll need
---SDL 1.2.4 or later
---SDL_Mixer
To install please read INSTALL file
If you want to change where data is stored, change the relavent #define in in the common.h.
and also in Kdevelop load the sdlblock project, and go to file property and change the
relavent files directories
(quite painful, dont see why youd bother)
