STORY
You are staying up late one night programming, when you suddenly feel your mind getting overloaded from all that caffeine and syntax. You decide to kick it back for 10 minutes and play a game...
INSTALL
This program is only tested on Linux 2.6 with gcc 3.3.5. No configuration/installation script is provided. Run the game from the build directory.
  1. To build you will need the following librarys installed: SDL <www.libsdl.org> OpenGL (gl,glu, glut) <www.opengl.org>
  2. Run 'make' in the program directory.
  3. If the program compiles, run './bitfuse' to start.
  4. Make sure you have added a Modeline for 800x600 or 640x480 in your X config if you want fullscreen to look nice.
  5. Have fun.

COMMAND LINE:

 -ns disable sound
 -bs 800x600 instead of 640x480
 -fs fullscreen (F10 in program)
 -fps show fps

-setkey set keyboard then exit
-setjoy set joystick then exit

GAMEPLAY
Catch the cubes left behind when killing enemys in the correct order before the time runs out. The order is dictated by the meter in the left corner of the screen. Watch your life meter and see how far you can get.
CONTROLS
Bitfuse is best controlled with a joypad, in the programmers opinion. The defaul keys are:
Keyboard
ArrowKeys - steer aim z - dodge left x - dodge right leftctrl - press to catch enemys in aim, release to fire F10 - toggle fullscreen p - pause u/i - volume up/down
Joystick
D-Pad/Stick - stear aim Button 1 or 4 - catch/fire Button 2/3 or 5/6 - dodge Button 9 - pause

The controls can be set with the -setkey and -setjoy arguments. ONLY joystick 1 and axis 1 supported.
