Please note that bandmin will delete ipfw rule 00001 and put all the coutners in 00001. It will also put an allow any to any in 00002 so you don't find your box kicked of the net. Unfortunally, this might break any deny rules you have. You might want to edit the Acct.pm file and change these 2 varibles at the top of the file
