This is the first revision of these tools - getting them to build might prove a challenge. if you're not running glibc2.2 you might consider removing the -DGLIC22_HEADERS definition from the Makefile. eventually maybe this will all be autoconf'd. don't count on it :)
what you'll need:
linux kernel with wireless extensions enabled a lucent wavelan/orinoco card
X - http://www.xfree86.org glib - ftp ftp.gtk.org/pub/gtk/1.2 gtk - ftp ftp.gtk.org/pub/gtk/1.2
pthreads - (choose your poison - is this with glibc now?) berkeley db - http://www.sleepycat.com - either 1.85,
or configure 2.x/3.x with --enable-compat185
depending on your system, you may have to change the db library linked in the Makefile and the header for db in network_db.[ch].
