1) What is it ?

As a lot of people asked me, I've added the capability to create and print some round labels to stick on your own made CDR/DVD, on labels sheets, manufactured by different companies, like Boeder for example. (I've no particular relation with Boeder, but that's the only CD labels sheets I've at home ! ;-) ) So, now you can create any CD round sticker you want, print it and put it on you CD, using KCDLabel...

2) Where is that round page visible in the software ?

The round page is on page number 999; just press 'End' key to wrap on it, or use the 'goto page #' option in the software.

3) How do I use it ?

As the other page ! Simply put any strings, graphics, multi-line texts, rainbow-texts on it as on the other pages...the only change here is the layout of the page itself...

4) How to print it ?

Use the "Print Round Label" in the File menu.

The problem of printing such a thing is related to the alignement difficulty you have to let the printing matches the label layout on the sheet. The approach I took, let you use any sheets form you could have, with any labels layout on it (with 2 or 3 labels on it, or whatever)...

I did this by letting the user enters the vertical and horizontal spacing (gived in millimeters (mm) ) before printing the label itself.

I think this approach is one of the best, because the user is entirely free to buy and use any sheets layout he wants...

I didn't get any good result with the program given by Boeder under window$...but of course, window$-thing is itself a big problem to overcome ! I could much better align the printing with the labels sheet than the Boeder program I've used under windows let me do.

So to print your label, just specify the vertical and horizontal spacings related to the top and the left edges of your sheets...et voilà !

Trick : don't forget to add a couple of mm to the values you enter, because the printer will add some little margin to the printing; on my HP 895CXi, it is around 7 mm vertical and 9 mm horizontal. Best thing to do is to test it with a value of 0 for vertical and horizontal to know the margin printed by your printer...
