Synth configurations for some special synths (other than plain GM, GS and XG).

JV-1000:
Copy the file "jv1000.jzi" to "other.jzi". Then choose synth-type "Other" from the Settings menu and restart jazz.

SC-88Pro:
Copy the file "sc88pro.jzi" to "gs.jzi". Then choose synth-type "GS" from the Settings menu and restart jazz.

E-26:
Copy the file "e26.jzi" to "gs.jzi".
Then choose synth-type "GS" from the Settings menu and restart jazz.
