rateconv-dll/README
This directory contains a slightly modified version of autools' "rateconv" module for use as DLL in Win32 environments. It was kindly prepared and provided by David Viens <davidv@plogue.com> in November 2002. He wrote:

Please note that, due to their nature, the modifications made in this "DLL" version of the "rateconv" module are not included in the "main branch" version.
