GNOME Subtitle Editor
GSubEdit is a tool for editing and converting of DivX subtitles. I Wrote it because i was tired of editing subtitles manually and there isn't (wasn't ;-) any good subtitle tool for Linux/Unix around.
The main features are
* Reading and writing of SubRip (.srt) and MicroDVD subtitles.
* Framerate conversion.
* Frame displacement (Add offset to all or some frames frames).
* Remove text for hearing impaired.
* Spellchecking
* Splitting file
* Joining file
It is in development, so all features may not work as expected. Make backups of your subtitles before you start crippling them with GSubEdit!!
The project is created and maintained by Isak Savo and though I try to update it as much as I can, I have my education to think of aswell!
All bugreports/suggestions should be mailed to me and I'll be happy to fix/add them.
