Ksubeditor Version 0.13
This seems to be first (quite) stable relase
Thanx for downloading Ksubeditor - The DivX subtitle editor
These are the features so far:

- time shifting for all subtitles
- time shifting for one line
- converting Polish chars from windows to ISO
- deleting lines
- inserting lines
- editing subtitle
- testing edited subtitles in mplayer
- splitting subtitles into two files
- joining two files into one
- spell checking
- converting between subtitle formats
- changing subtitle fps
What you need to run Ksubeditor:
- a computer with Linux (I didn't test it on the other Unixes, if it works please let me know)
- the QT3 and KDE3 libraries
