Please click on 'Installer.kmdr' to install the application system-wide. You can also run DVD Rip-O-Matic directly by clicking on 'DVDRipOMatic.kmdr'.
Before trying to run DVD Rip-O-Matic, make sure that your Linux install is capable of playing movies from DVD. You can check this by installing a DVD player application like 'Xine' or by using mplayer. The command:
mplayer dvd://1
should start playing the first title from the DVD. If not, check your installation.
