1. Read over the example.xml file
2. Customize the report.msg & bounce.msg files
3. Add this to the end of sendmail.mc and rebuild with cat sendmail.mc | m4 > sendmail.cf

> define(`MILTER', 1)
> INPUT_MAIL_FILTER(`ivs-milter', `S=unix:/var/run/ivs-milter/socket.milter, F=, T=S:10m;R:10m;E:10m')
