Xrmftp is FTP client for X Window System. It should work on most unices. You need Xforms library version beta 0.88 or above to install Xrmftp. I have tested it on Solaris and Linux. If you are using the latter you should be able to find xforms in contrib directory. You can also go to xforms home page http://bloch.phys.uwm.edu/xforms or http://bragg.phys.uwm.edu/xforms and download it.
Instalation.
Edit top of Makefile to set path to libraries and header files. On standard
instalation of Redhat 5.1 everything should work without any changes. If you
are using Solaris you will have to uncoment EXTRALIBS and modify some paths.
After editing the Makefile just type "make" and press enter. It will produce
file called xrmftp which you can place in any directory (for example
/usr/local/bin).
