xwconfig

xwconfig is a gtk based application for configuring wireless devices. It is based on and uses large chunks of iwconfig from the wireless tools package.

The INSTALL file contains installation instructions. The iwcommon.c and .h files come straight from the wireless tools package and iwmisc.c contains a lot of code taken from iwconfig.c so much credit goes to Jean Tourrilhes for developing those. If you can't compile xwconfig, try compiling and using the wireless tools as they are much better supported.

History

8th Oct 2001 - 0.0.1
Initial Release, seems ok, but could do with support for more features and some cleaning up.
