GunStamp is a program which can be used whenever accurate timestamping of events are required. What it does, is to syncronize the computer clock to an external time source (a GPS) connected to a serial port, and then use this clock to timestamp events. The events are received as positive pulses (+5v - +15v) connected to the acknowledge interrupt on the parallel port. Timestamp accuracy should be within +/- 15us!
