Aubit 4gl compiler readme

For a binary installation we recommend extracting this tarball where you want the final files to reside, and then set

        $ export AUBITDIR=/path/to/aubit4gldir
        $ export PATH=$PATH:$AUBITDIR/bin
        $ export LD_LIBRARY_PATH=$LD_LIBRARY_PATH:$AUBITDIR/lib
