reap v0.4A
the Reverse Engineer's Assembly Producer
by the grugq (grugq@iname.com)
This program requires perl and objdump (from the GNU binutils distrobution). If you would like to take advantage of the visual mode will all its nifty bells and wistles ;) you need the Tk perl module.
To see the command line options just:
./reap -h you can figure out the rest I would guess :)
That is about it, this release changes the License to the GPL license, please see the file COPYING for more information. If you like this program though, I would still encourage you to send money to the children of Uganda. The CrackMe license idea has been nixed till I can write a really clever one in perl, and um... I think that the GPL is here to stay.
It has recently come to my attention that an individual has done a rewrite of dasm, the core of reap, and released it under the name reap.pl... well, I guess imitation is the sincerest form of flattery, however I don't really see what this new "reap" has added to dasm/reap nor do I think that the author is a reverse engineer as several portions of the output are not of the slightest use to a revenger. However, I have a lot to say on the subject, but this is neither the place nor time...
The latest version of reap may always be obtained at:
