This is the second Alpha release of the UPSomatic. A program for computing UPS and USPS pricing when shipping from the USA.
Changes since release 1:
- Updated to handle the 1999 data format changes. Thank you UPS for changing format gratuitously.
- Added support for the new US surcharges
- Removed the comment about UPS and web forms. They have one.

- You will need to get the UPS data from www.ups.com. I've not yet found out
if I can distribute it with the software.
Build the directory heirarchy

to speed up loading you can delete all the US rate tables except the one for your ZIP, and 100.
- This doesn't do Fedex and other services. This isn't an endorsement of UPS, it was written for someone who wanted UPS. I can't stress this enough. My own personal opinion of UPS would probably get me sued if I put it here.
- This is test code. It might not get values right. UPS tables are bizarre and the data wasnt intended for computer parsing.
