CD-Rom Control
Files
The files you should now have are:
Makefile - to ease installation, see INSTALL for information cdrom-control - X-Windows utility for loading/mounting and umounting/ejecting
CD-Roms.
cdrom-control-gtk - the same utility with a GTK gui
cdrom-control-gnome - the same utility designed for GNOME
cdchk.c - src file for the Check CD utility
cdlock - start-up script for unlocking cdrom drive door
bin/cdchk - compiled binary of Check CD utility
autorc.sample - sample configuration file for the auto function.
INSTALL - installation instructions
AUTOSTART - information on the autostart feature

Requirements
Tcl/Tk 8.0 or higher - available from http://www.scriptics.com
tcl-gtk 0.05 or higher - for the GTK version available to download from:
http://sourceforge.net/project/showfiles.php?group_id=265
gnocl 0.0.3 or higher - for the GNOME version available to download from:
http://www.dr-baum.net/gnocl
Eject 2.0.2 or higher
Linux OS with X, (may work on other Unix systems, let me know)

- DVD drive support is experimental as I do not have a DVD drive to test this out on. Bug reports and comments on this appreciated - http://sourceforge/projects/crcontrol
This software is provided as is and has been designed for use on a Linux system. If you are using it on a non-Linux system and you find/fix errors please let me know. If you have problems you can contact me and I will try to answer your queries. Once you have the software you may do with it what you will. The only thing I ask is that if you make any changes, add new features, let me know and e-mail me a copy of it so I can include the new features or changes into the next version.
