0. New features in v0.8.0

Well, here we go with v0.8.0.
There is one great new feature, you can now use the special
keys on top of your keyboard together with KLeds.
Just go to the config dialog and map the keys to commands.
The commands will be started in the background, to make sure
        KLeds is not blocked.
I would be interested in your feedback.
        Thank you.

  1. DESCRIPTION

Kled was born when I got my Logitech Cordless Desktop (got it at my birthday what a really great present, thanks to my sweetheart) which suffers of LEDs on the keyboard.

Once started, kleds shows an icon in the kpanel (kicker)
indicating which of the three indicators are active
The three letters N, C and S stand for NumLock, CapsLock
        and ScrollLock (ooohh that's tricky, isn't it ? ;-)))

When you klick on the icon with the right mous button a
context menu shows up and you can terminate the program or
view the about window. If you like to, you can also setup the
layout of the widget switchign between circular and
rectangular LED's and choose your own colors. In addition you
an position the Labels at one of for directions (Top, Bottom,
        Left, Right).

2. INSTALLATION

For generic Installationinstructions see file INSTALL
        Installation should be straight forward:

        set environment variables:
            export KDEDIR= e.g. /opt/kde3
            export QTDIR = e.g. /usr/lib/qt3
        or
make sure 'kde-config' ist in your path

        ./configure
        make
su (if you want to install as root)
        make install

        and you should be done.
