you'll need to install the following software to build wmalbum. it's a mess, I know.
apt-get install xmms-dev
apt-get install libgdk-pixbuf-dev
the following are helpful for development and editing the internal graphic images (for the menu), but should not be necessary for ordinary compiling. ignore the warnings.
apt-get install gimp-perl
