INTRODUCTION

As KMameleon is only a XMame wrapper, then, for making it work, You'll definatly need shell-based program xmame, the X11 Multiple Arcade Machine Emulator.

INSTALLATION

As KMameleon depends on the KDE installation, it requres to put the files in the KDE install dir, something like that: ./configure --prefix=/your/KDE/dir
make
su -c make\ install

More info? Read INSTALL file for doing this...

USAGE

Te real documentation will be written shortly, with the income of kmameleon 0.4

TESTS

For version 0.4, the recommended xmame version is 0.61 [but it's tested with the ones above 0.54]
AVALIABILITY

Simple DirectMedia Layer is avaliable at: http://www.libsdl.org OpenGL is avaliable at: http://www.opengl.org Mesa project is avaliable at http://mesa3d.sf.net XMame project: is avaliable at http://x.mame.net
ISSUES

#1) There is a bug in the xmame <= 0.6x , which prevents the right usage of the -listmodes in the SDL version... The query refuses to be executed, and the list of modes is not saved. Solution: 1) you usually don't need anything else but "default" FS option or 2) get the latest version of xmame

#2) -grabmouse option works ONLY under OpenGL option...

Enjoy!
