Getphoto is a program to get pics from your digital camera.
It work in a very easy way:
- reads a configuration file (~/.getphoto.rc)
- mount the device corresponding to your digicam
- moves the photos from digicam's memory to a specified diretory
- and, optionally, resize them.
Getphoto needs a configuration file to work properly; please, see contrib/getphoto.rc for a short explanation about writing it.
SECURITY NOTE:
getphoto must be suid root in order to mount devices.
