Source archive, binary archive and setup.hint will now appear in ./dist

tar -xzf epstool-3.08.tar.gz
cd epstool-3.08
make cygwin
Source archive, binary archive and setup.hint will now appear in ./dist
To recreate the upstream source distribution from packaged source:
tar -xjf epstool-3.08-1-src.tar.bz2
cd epstool-3.08-1
make epstar
