RefreshBlocker is a small extension for the Firefox web browser. This extension will prevent your browser from following the forwarding specified by the refresh parameter of the META tag element. If such a refresh parameter is given on a web page, an infobox will be displayed at the top of the page. See the screenshots section for an example.
RefreshBlocker has been tested with Firefox 1.0.7 and Firefox 1.5rc3 under Debian GNU/Linux and Firefox 1.0.7 under Windows 98. The source code is released under the terms of the GNU General Public License version 2.
