GTK-Napster v0.302
This is another Napster client for X using the GTK+ libraries. The developer is Unified <xilliator@hotmail.com>. Although this isn't the first release it has some limitations and probably some bugs. And I should warn you all that this is my first C-program.
Currently GTK-Napster supports:
*Connecting to a Napster-server.
*Creating new username.
*Chat with other people on napster (Kinda like IRC)
*Search for songs
*Download multiple songs
*Browse another user's files. (Hotlist!)
*Shareing files (Haven't been testet much!)
As you can see it is a long way to go before it is finished. Currently I'm trying to make the client more stable.
Current commands while in "chat" is:
- /join <channel> -> Join a channel
(Don't use # before name) Some channels: rap, pop, techno, game, ambient...
- /j <channel> -> Same as /join
- /leave -> Leave a channel
- /tell <user> <message> -> Send private message
- /msg <user> <message> -> Same as /tell
- /whois <user> -> Get user information
- /ping <user> -> Ping a user
