Qial 0.19
A Free[1] Qt[2]-based program for the generate of Dual-Tone Multi-Frequency sounds. Right now, it does little more than actually generate standard phone-dialing DTMF sounds. Soon however, it will decode DTMF sounds, and allow you to generate DTMF sounds of any frequency pair.
A big grazie to Danilo Fiorenzano for helping me out with my Qt-ese, smacking me around when I did something silly, and being generally helpful. :)
