fwctl for Debian
changed the config dir to /etc/fwctl and /etc/fwctl/services/. changed accounting file to /var/log/fwctl_acct. changed init script to meet Debian's needs. changed cron.d script to chek for /usr/sbin/fwctl. run dump-acct every 10 minutes added logrotate entry to save accounting files weekly added "flush" argument to fwctl to clear and remove all chains and rules and set policy to allow
