Installation notes for MacOS
You will need macOS 10.2 or above. The default MACOSX_DEPLOYMENT_TARGET is 10.2, if that is not what you want set the environment variable MACOSX_DEPLOYMENT_TARGET to your deployment target. Additionally you will need at least the following packages installed.
libintl - http://macosx.forked.net/p/libintl.pkg.tgz
