Welcome to XSTEP 4.0 (DEVELOPMENT)
This software version is now under development, the traditional
version of XSTEP is maintained by Marcelo Samsoniuk, the OO version,
XSTEP++ is now mainted by Cesar Ricardo Gimenes.

If you're new to XSTEP, you should consider downloading the latest
XSTEP 3.x at the url above and getting familiar with it's concept
and documentation, as it certainly will save a bit of time for both
you and us.
