This is Qryptix-0.2.2, which consists of a PAM object (pam_losetup.so), a library (libqpwd.so) and a utility (qryptix) to facilitate the use of cryptoloop-encrypted filesystems under GNU/Linux.

Man pages and other documentation are presently non-existent.
