You will need the mcrypt and mhash libraries installed, and the proper header files, in order to compile this app. You will also need a fairly recent version of Gtk+-2.0.
For the most part, you should just have to do "make install" and the thing will build everything and install it. But there may be some parameters you want to tweak.
If you want to disable the listing function of pasmanedit, use the '--disable-pasmanedit-list' option to ./configure.
