README for info_to_html 0.9.6

I changed the license to BSD, because that's the most free license one can think of.

I wrote info_to_html because I didn't like the output and filehandling of info2html.

To install this program you'll need at least Perl 5.004, and the Perl module Compression::Zlib. Compression::Zlib can be found at http://www.cpan.org/modules/by-module/Compress/ If you use FreeBSD you can install the Zlib module from the ports-tree. The directory is /usr/ports/archivers/p5-Compress-Zlib/.

To install info_to_html, run 'make install'.

This software comes as-is. It was developed and tested on both FreeBSD 4.x and Windows 2000/XP using Cygwin using various versions of Compress::Zlib. It should work on any other modern UNIX system.
